Watch the Samsung Galaxy Note7 get Unpacked here

The time has finally come to put a lid on all those leaks, and finally see the Galaxy Note7 go official. Samsung's Unpacked event in New York is starting in mere minutes, and the next-gen phablet is the star of the show.

There isn't much Samsung can surprise us with, as most of the details have already gone public one way or another. It's the event that we're more interested in then, and it won't be easy to top the Galaxy S7/S7 edge unveiling in Barcelona this spring. That's precisely what we expect to happen, though.

For the less lucky folks that can't attend in person, Samsung's prepared the next best thing - a livestream. You have a couple of options to tap into that, and the most obvious one is your PC - the stream is down below and will go live once the event goes under way.

If you have a VR headset (like Google Cardboard) you can view the 360° stream instead for a first-person experience. This also works without a headset, the YouTube app can use your phone's accelerometer to let you look around.

Alternatively, if you own a Gear VR headset you can head over to the Oculus Store, download and install the Unpacked 360 View app, and launch it when the time comes. We know, it's not the first time a product announcement takes place in VR, but it's a cool option to have nonetheless.
