Samsung launches a new Galaxy A12 in India with an Exynos chip

The Samsung Galaxy A12 announced last November with the Helio P35 SoC was launched in India in February. Now the South Korean conglomerate has introduced yet another Galaxy A12 in the Asian country that comes with a different chipset.

The new Galaxy A12 has an Exynos 850 SoC at the helm. It runs Android 11 out of the box and has two memory options - 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB.

The rest of the new Galaxy A12's specs remain the same as the Helio P35 variant's, meaning you get a 6.5" HD+ LCD, 5,000 mAh battery, 15W charging, USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The camera department consists of five cameras - an 8MP selfie shooter inside the notch, with the quad camera system on the rear comprising 48MP primary, 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth units.

All this might sound familiar to you since the new Galaxy A12 in India is actually the Galaxy A12 Nacho that was introduced earlier this week. And if you are planning to buy it, you get three color options - White, Black, and Blue.
